This is a great series about
a college freshman named Morisato Keiichi who is trying to order take out
one night an of all things accidentally dials heaven! Suddenly a goddess
appears before him who offers to grant any wish Keiichi has, well Keiichi
decides what he really wants is a girlfriend like her! and thats what he
gets, this wish is a contract that cannot be broken and so Keiichi and
the goddess who we discover is named Belldandy are inseperable from now
on. Only now is when Keiichi remembers a strict rule his dorm has....NO
WOMEN ALLOWED! So they must now find a place to live and see wether Keiichi
can handle his new girlfriend who is literally a Goddess!

| Oh! My Goddess 5 Series
Yup, It's me again! And I got a review for you
today, and boy, is it a juicy one. *wipes the slobberfrom his mouth* sorry, :P Oh! My Goddess is a series about a college studentthat has numerous adventures and hijinks in his daily life. He has three goddess' under one roof, four at one time. And he still goes to work and TRY to live a normal life. How did this happen? Why did this happen? Why are the marshmellows white? I can answer all those questions except the marshmellow one. Don't know yet... A normal day starts out and nearly ends when our "hero" Keiichi has to "babysit" the club's dorm. He just sat there getting bummed and complaining about not having any food to eat. So, he called 3 different resturants and delivery fast-food joints. He get's denied for different reason's and is getting really hungry. He grumbles as he punches in numbers to contact a pizza place. But he dails the wrong number! and get's Goddess Help-line. He realizes his mistake and tries to hang up on time. Well, he get's kicked out because of a stupid rule, "NO GIRL'S ALLOWED". Are they planning to stay single their entire lives? He's put out into the street and Belldandy (the goddess that came to him) makes him head over to a temple and it's HER temple, of course. She makes everything better and when her sisters start to look for her. That's when trouble follows and nearly kills Keiichi. Keiichi falls in love with Belldandy while Skuld tries to get the two apart and Urd tries to get them together. At the end of the series (that i've seen so far) Keiichi was is in love with her ever since he was a child. He forget's about it because of some damn rule. (grumble, grumble at the rules of Goddess') The series go on for about 5 total (for now), not including Adventures of Mini-Goddess and Oh! My Goddess: The Movie. The series in itself has the hilarousity of Tenchi Muyo! but way too many hijinks to count. I was rolling in laughter by the situations Keiichi was put into. I suggest this series to anyone that wants a short but funny anime story to watch. I give it a 8 out of 10. This is Saint Guardian, saying good bye and good fun. |
