| This anime is about an ongoing
war between 2 groups, one group known as the Byakuro. The Byakuro has given
birth to a child, a baby girl...a princess who contains awesome power.
The other side, known as the Kabuso, has attacked the Byakuro castle to
capture the child, so they can use/contain her powers to rule the world.
But, luckily, a Byakuro warrior had saved the child, taken her into hiding,
& raised her as a ninja, making her oblivious to her true identity.
Many years later, we meet a group of young ninjas-in-training, 3 males
& 3 females, & among the 3 females is perhaps that one of them
could be the Byakuro princess. These young ninjas are: Sakura, Yume, Matsuri,
Pochi, Hayashi, & Kaoru. They have been given a mission/test to head
to the Byakuro castle (in which it is taken over/the territory of the Kabuso)
& capture these magical scrolls, & whoever is the
first to find these scrolls is recognized as a true ninja. At the same time, 3 henchmen of the Kabuso have been given orders to capture the princess, & in order to find her, she has a cross-shaped mark/scar on her shoulder. Will the ninjas' mission succeed, & who is the Byakuro princess? I've only seen the first 2 episodes, & unfortunately, these are the only 2 that have been translated here. (I heard that there are at least 13 or more episodes.) Anyway, I think this series if off on a great start. It has some mild violence, action, comedy, & a nice simple storyline. I got really into it, yet it leaves you with a good (yet annoying) cliffhanger, leaving you to want more. Nice animation & choice of music, too. I recommend it. |
