This series (which probably should have been created years ago in most fans minds) is a spin off the Ghost in the Shell movie of the same name. In this series we see more in depth into the world created for the ground breaking movie. This time we're able to see more of what these officers go through (as opposed to the one large search for the puppetmaster criminal in the movie) The animation is wonderful and most of the characters seen in the movie retain their original style minus most notibly Major Kusinagi who they've changed slightly (too me for the better but still not as good as I thought she looked in the animation seen on the Ghost in the Shell playstation game). So far the episodes I've seen fansubbed are very enjoyable. A great episode is where we finally see the Fujikoma's (the little "tank" vehicles whoa are also changed, I saw them as red in the game and now they are light blue) Great action, KILLER music, and so far a strong storyline are sure to make this one of the top anime's of the year!
